A Message from the PTA

Hello Huskies! We hope that your first week of school went well and that this week is even better! Hillside teachers and staff are working very hard to make this as smooth as possible. We celebrated their first week successes with a special shaved ice treat on Friday afternoon. We are planning a teacher appreciation event for every month of this school year, but that costs money! We are so thankful for the families that have already joined the PTA. Every single membership helps us reach our goals! It's not too late to join! See the link below.

Looking for Outdoor Fun?

Join us for the PACK 199 Back to School PACK PARTY on Tuesday, August 25 at 7pm in Newtown Park. (You can park near the tennis courts and follow the path down and through the tunnel to find us.) Please wear a mask and help us maintain social distance.

ALL Boys & Girls in Kindergarten - 5th Grade are welcome to attend!

Learn about our Pack activities for the year and SNAKES! Urban Kings Project, a citizen science project based in the metro Atlanta region studying the success of Eastern King Snakes will be on hand to teach us all about snakes!

*SPOILER* Joining Cub Scouts will lead to FUN things like...shooting off rockets, fishing, competing in Pinewood Derbies, performing in talent shows, learning about nature, camping, making s'mores, and so many other memory making opportunities!
